Today I am sharing with you the third new stamp set which is released by CAS-ual Fridays this month. It features many encouraging words in a beautiful script, perfect to make cards for breast cancer survivors, which is a topic close to Michele’s heart. But of course, I had to give my card a different spin, so close to christmas.
I still believe in the wonders of Christmas, and I love how this holiday can help bring families closer together and just slow down the hectic pace of life, providing some time to breath and relax before the new year starts. That is what my card is about.
I stamped the sentiment in white pigment ink and then used my pencils to color it in partially. The white helps to brighten the colors and to provide contrast against the kraft card stock.
I used the bells from one of the christmas sets released this year to indicate the christmas theme and then added a few drops of Glossy Accents and coated them in Elizabeth Craft Designs Glitter.
