Hello guys! I’m back with a fun coloring projects featuring an adorable digi stamp by Bloobel. This lady reminded me so much of my mom, who is also a passionate gardener and in spring, she just goes nuts over her flowers 🙂 I’m going to show you how I created this entire card, start to finish.
As I mentioned in the video, if you want to learn more (or in a better, class-room like way) about coloring hair and skin and folds in clothes, I recommend the classes by Kit and Clowder where I do all my studying regarding coloring. Huge fan, and I know that everyone can be successful and improve their coloring after taking Alyce’s classes.
As for the digi – you’ve seen me use the Bloobel digi stamps before – it was printed with my Epson printer and Claria ink on copic friendly card stock (check out my FAQ for the most asked questions regarding my standard supplies) and then colored with Copic Markers. I love the yellow-orange color blend, which is perfect for summer and fall. If you use blues or greens, it would be a great spring card, too!
Of course I had to finish up the card with a strip of glitter paper. Create it easily yourself with double-sided adhesive and Elizabeth Craft Designs glitter. The sentiment is from Paper Smooches and was stamped with the MISTI – no way I was risking to stamp this crooked after all the work I had put into coloring the image! The last touch were the white dots I added with enamel accents.
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you got inspired!
