The little holly berries are from a set that will debut later this week, but I just couldn’t help myself, I had to sneak them in here as decoration. The new dies are actually meant to be an ornament, but because they come as a build-an-ornament set, you can use the circles as simple circle shapes! Which is great if you don’t have any circle dies yet!
I used the same technique as yesterday: lots of Glossy Accents, and then lots of glitter. As always, it looks a lot messy when you start, but that’s ok. Just give the glue time to dry, and then you can use your brush or even fingers to remove any excess glitter. Having a dryer sheet or static sheet to pick up dust will help you keep your work surface clean.
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you got inspired! All these products will be available this Saturday, July 16, at CAS-ual Fridays.
I’m sending this card off to the following challenges: Addicted To Stamps and More “Anything Goes”.
I’ll be giving “Bring on the Snowflakes”, “Snowy Sayings”, and “Funky Flakes Fri-Dies” (the products I introduced yesterday) to one lucky winner. All you need to do is leave me a comment on each of the release blog posts this weeks (I’ll have one each day) and I’ll be announcing the winner Saturday morning here on my blog when the release goes live and you can start your shopping.
If my project inspires you and you go shopping for some stamps and dies at CAS-ual Fridays, don’t forget to use my exclusive code Julia2016 on checkout. That will save you a whopping 15% off your purchase!
