This is my second post today. If you are for my Uniko Studio article, please scroll down.
Is it Halloween yet? I hope not, since my cards are still winging their way across various continents and bodies of water (unlike zombies, who cannot cross water … or so I’ve been told).
Today, I want to show you how I color bandages, which comes in really handy for this slightly deranged mummy. The process was really fun and easy:
As you can see, I also added a few details to the bandages with my Copic multiliner, which adds more interest and makes the coloring later on much easier. You can use any type of grey you want, I just happen to have a lot of warm greys. Just figure out which of the pieces is on top, so you give the one below it more shadow (the top bandage casts a shadow on the one below).
I hope you’ve enjoyed this easy and fun tutorial and I’ll catch you again soon!
I’m also sending this card off to the following challenges to spread some pre-Halloween scare: Creative Friday “Clean and Simple”; Fusion “Hallow’s Eve” and Addicted to Stamps and More “Anything Goes”.
