Just One More Card

Discovering the world of card making. One Project at a time.

Quick and Easy Copic Coloring: Snowman by Gerda Steiner Designs

November 10, 2014

Hello crafters, popping in today with a super quick and easy card. I’ve fallen in love with the Snowman stamp by Gerda Steiner Designs, especially because of the little bird sitting on his nose. Since the snowman is pretty much white, you only need to color the “accessories”, which makes this a ten minute card 🙂

I die cut the snowman and the frame from the Pierced Rectangle Stax by My Favorite Things, then adhered that on top of a vellum piece cut with the scalloped frame from the Mama Elephant Basic Set.

I experimented a bit with adding “snow” to the snowman by adding dots to his scarf and some snowy lines to the broom with my Signo White Gel pen.

Thanks for stopping by and see you shortly with a few more videos!

SQUEAL! I can see why you fell in love with this little dude; he’s A-DOR-A-BLE! You’ve breathed life into him with your fantastic 10 minutes of colouring (In ‘Carol- measurement’ that would translate to 10 x 10 minutes…), and the accessories of vellum/blue framing only add to the impact! You’re working magic with these images…pure magic! I want to pinch his cute cheeks too….
    Hugs~c
